Raymans Legends

Rayman Legends is a huge success on Xbox One with a 9.6 rating out of 10 and a 91 out of 100 Megascore on the Amazon review charts.

Rayman Legends is a fun filled and challenging game for the whole family to enjoy even kids aged 3-4 can play and enjoy this game and can use their imagination, create and learn. Rayman and friends go to Olympus Maximus and confront a giant cloud of pure nightmare. It also provides humor and a light-hearted but simple story mode while still providing a lot to do. The game features over 120 levels, including 40 remastered levels from the original Rayman Origins, which are unlocked by obtaining Lucky Tickets, which can also win additional Lums and Teensies.

The graphics in Rayman Legends are wonderful and the music is really catchy. Some levels feature remixed 'Invaded' versions, which must be completed as quickly as possible. The game also offers daily and weekly challenge stages, in which players can compete with other players via leader boards in challenges such as collecting a certain number of Lums in a short time, or surviving the longest on a stage. More challenge stages can be accessed by raising the player's 'awesomeness' rating, which increases by collecting trophies earned by rescuing Teensies, collecting a high number of Lums in each level or by having a high leader board position at the end of a challenge.

The Star Wars : Battlefront will be available November 17 2015 and is rated Teen, but it has levels that are suitable for kids Under 10 years old. This will be available in a limited edition as well as a standard edition when it is first released. You can order this now which is advisable if you want to play this over the bust Christmas season.

The Deluxe Edition has many little additional features it is worth the extra few dollars to engage in all the fun.

Skylander Swap Force

Skylander Swap Force will be one of the most popular Xbox One games for kids, the Skylander games are full of entertainment value for the whole family. This is a continuation of the Skylander series. There has been a major re-design of the portal power.

 The Skylanders SWAP Force - Xbox One starter pack includes the video game, 3 Skylander figures, 1 poster, 3 sticker sheets with secret codes and 3 trading cards, this is a great start for any fan. The new swap style game play adds another dimension to the game, each swap toy has a specific element (jumping, climbing, rockets), so depending on what elements you have determines what mini games you can play.

There is way more to do in the game outside of the story mode, so it gives you more involvement and adds incredibly to replay value. It finally added a jump feature so now it has more of a platforming/adventure feel to it. It makes it feel less linear


The game play continues to be lots of fun, the added ability to jump really adds a new depth to the play and allows for more interesting levels.

 All of the characters and environments are fun and creative. I highly recommend for kids or adults
